Shipping, refund and returns
Shipping
We generally use Australia Post to ship our wonderful soap products to you. At the moment we only ship to addresses within Australia. We accept delivery to all addresses accepted by Australia Post. That includes, PO Boxes, Australia Post Parcel Lockers and Parcel Collect addresses.
Shipping costs are weight based and will generally fall within two categories up to 2kg and up to 5kg.
You can save money on shipping by selecting the pickup option. You can collect your goodies from our friends at William Maslin Dance Studios, 8 Spring St Sydney NSW 2000. But you’ll need to arrange a collection time with us.
Delivery times
All our products are sent from Sydney, so please refer to the Australia Post website for location specific delivery timeframes. We usually dispatch orders the day after they are received, or on Monday’s for orders received over the weekend.

Returns and refunds
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns. There will be some natural and production variations between each bar, which is normal.
We do not accept refunds for change of mind purchases.
